We burn out, not because we don't care, but because we don't grieve...our hearts become filled with loss that we have no room left to care.

Meet & Grieve is a call to the local community to gather and practice the skill of grief. We do this by remembering ancestors and loved ones who have failed to live forever, by welcoming and bearing witness to the individual and collective grief carried by others, and by sharing rituals and practices that help us express, move through, and compost grief into the soil that feeds our lives.
By honoring that which is true in our world; by not turning our backs on ourselves or on the reality of our experience, which includes grief, we offer medicine to each other.
On-going virtual meditation - Sitting in the Power
​Join me in meditation on Saturday mornings at 8am EST via Zoom. ​Sitting in the power helps expand your consciousness and build a closer relationship with your Higher Self, with your Soul and with your guides. Free. From 8am to 8:30ish Eastern time. Join live link here.
Ongoing Reiki Healings Sessions
Reiki treatments available at the Walpole Council on Aging. Once a month, fifteen minutes for $10. Location is 60 South Street, Walpole, MA 02081. Register by calling the center (508) 668-3330 ​
